Everyone knows that Love makes you do crazy things...but usually, the craziness is controlled and only embarrasses you in the end.
But astronauts...oh boy...they take love to another level.
I found out about this story over the weekend from Jalopnik and Autoblog of all places because apparently, she drove 900 miles in diapers in order to avoid stopping. What crazy car was she driving that she could drive 900 miles WITHOUT stopping??? Even the best MPG car sold in the US can only do about 700 miles on a full tank on a good day...and only if you're driving downhill and drafting behind some semis.
Her story made its rounds over the net yesterday, but I didn't get a chance to check Fark until today...and sure enough, they made the connections...
So, without further ado, here is a picture of our forlorn astronut after she was apprehended:

I think that's Blue Steel that Derek Zoolander is stylin...but I think the (former) Captain Lisa Marie Nowak is stylin the Magnum.
